Cancellation Policy

Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers have a 2-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return, which will only be processed in the event of a damaged product. In such cases, customers need to email us clear pictures of the damaged item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and it must be in its original packaging.

Replacement Only Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will contact you for taking any other product of same value or more.

Once the replacement product(s) are selected we will ship them as soon as possible.
